Refund and Returns Policy
At The Decors Lab, your satisfaction is important to us. Since we operate on a dropshipping model, our return and refund policies are carefully structured to ensure fairness and transparency.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns only in the following cases:
- The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- The return request is made within 7 days of delivery.
- The product is unused and in its original packaging.
We do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind or dislike of the product
- Incorrect address provided by the customer
- Delays caused by courier services
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, contact us at info@thedecorslab.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable). Our team will respond within 2 business days.
3. Refunds
Once your return is approved and processed, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. It may take 5–10 business days to reflect in your account depending on your bank.
Partial refunds may be offered in certain cases where only a portion of the item is damaged.
4. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you want a replacement, you must return the item and place a new order.
5. Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled within 3 hours of placing the order. Once the item is processed or shipped, cancellation is not possible.
